Are you a newly licensed stylist ready to fast-track your future? Are you an established stylist looking to join a team to focus more on your craft and less on running a business (ask about an advanced program)? The BB SPALON Mentee Program is a 12-month, high-impact experience designed to launch you from beginner to booth renter with confidence, skill, and a full book of clients.

The First 6 Months: Paid Internship

You'll be paid hourly while you:

  • Learn guest experience and spa-like service fundamentals
  • Master time management, salon software, and customer flow
  • Build skills in consultations, shampoo/massage techniques, blowouts, and product knowledge
  • Begin working hands-on with guests by Month 2
  • Get free access to continuing education and mentorship every step of the way

Months 6–12: Commission-Based Growth

As your skills and confidence grow, so will your income. You'll:

  • Earn commission while assisting with real guest services
  • Apply color, mix formulations, perform glazes, root retouches, and extension prep
  • Fine-tune your blonding, cutting, and styling techniques
  • Get hands-on with guest booking, rebooking, retail sales, and building your own clientele
  • Continue receiving support from your educator while stepping into independence

Graduation: Booth Rent and Full Control

After 12 months, you'll transition into booth rent with:

  • A loyal client base you've built with support
  • Ongoing mentorship available as needed
  • Business training in pricing, marketing, and money management
  • The skills and confidence to succeed on your own terms
